LANDSCAPE MANAGEMENT

We are seeking an individual to fill the position of Area Manager. The applicant would be responsible for managing a portfolio of landscape maintenance contracts, ensure profitability and renewal of assigned contracts through effective management and coordination of personnel, equipment, employee training and development.  Salary will be based on experience/education in the field.  Benefits include competitive pay, medical and dental benefits, 10 paid holidays, 401 K retirement program paid vacation and sick days for qualified individuals.  Job qualifications: Degree in Landscape or related field. 5 years supervisory experience, and a clean driving record. Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus.
